Today

I started writing this on Saturday night..its not Sunday morning, so it was about yesterday.

So my morning started really early.  I was woken up at 4:30 am (still feeling drunk, no less) to banging and shouting next door, this woman was trying to get into the apartment.  It went on for about a half hour, and I fell back asleep.  I was awoken by the same thing exactly 4 hours later.  After that I just decided to get up, and I started cleaning, doing some laundry mostly, chatting, etc.  This is the first weekend where I haven’t had to write an essay in 4 weeks and it is glorious.  I do have some reading to do in preparation for a group project, which I plan on getting done today.  That project is a 6-7 page essay due on the 27th, so I’ll probably be working on that when I go home, but let’s hope not.  The reading my global studies class for Monday is online, and the link he gave us links to a page where you have to login or buy the article, so no one can access the thing.  So right now we have no reading for Monday :D and I’m reading Wednesday’s instead.

Danielle came back early from camping, which I was happy to hear because I missed not being able to talk to her when she was way out there in the sticks. However, she went home because she had mild hypothermia that night and couldn’t stand to be there anymore :(  I’m just glad she’s ok now.  Just 6 more days til I go home now!!

oohh So a few months ago I thought I’d seen a mouse in my kitchen, but I’d never seen anything since so I thought I was just maybe seeing things.  Well last night I’m sitting at my computer when I see a piece of paper on the floor move.  As I look down I see a brown blur moving away from it and it scared me, not knowing what it was.  I move some plastic bags that were in the way and there’s a little brown mouse, staring right back at me.  It got away too fast though.  So I looked up how to make a human mousetrap and this is what I found: http://mousetrap.droehnland.net/  I went w/ the topple bottle one, but still no luck yet.  *crosses fingers for a pet mouse*
